About this place
For a night of karaoke after dinner, Gin-no-tsuki is an Asakusa bar where you can pair a drink with a song. The menu lists a solo set at 1 hours for 2,000 yen, with extensions costing 2,000 yen for each additional 1 hours. A separate TAX 10% is also noted. Some customers have mentioned enjoying all-you-can-drink and all-you-can-sing service. The format works for dropping in alone or sharing an after-party with friends.
Drinks include tea-based highballs made with green tea, oolong tea, jasmine tea and buckwheat tea, alongside umeboshi and lemon sours. The shochu list features Mitake, Kuro Kirishima and Iichiko, while whisky options include Kaku, BLACK NIKKA and Maker's Mark. Small-bottle beer is listed at 800 yen, and Yamazaki and Hakushu at 1,500 yen each. Shots and champagne also appear on the menu.
Some customers say staff joined in with their singing, and that it was easy to order another drink between songs. This is a better fit for a lively evening of conversation and karaoke than for a quiet drink. The bar is open daily from 21:00 until 5:00 the following morning. It can be a late-night option after drinks elsewhere in Asakusa, with songs and drinks continuing into the early hours.
